Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first for return instructions and the correct return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged items may vary.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
